All consent forms & insurance waivers must by signed by a parent or legal guardian BEFORE the student is allowed to participate in class.

  
• No candy, gum or soda while in the gym.  
• Gymnasts may not have soda while in class.  
• NO ONE (including parents) is allowed to wear shoes on the mats! Please be careful where you step, these mats are very hard to clean and gymnasts are on the mats with bare feet.  
• All students must stay in the waiting area prior to their class. They will be let in by an instructor at the proper time.  
• At NO time is any student to be on the equipment unless told to do so by an instructor.  
• We reserve the right to apply a penalty fee to any returned checks.  
• Adults are welcome to watch class at any time. We encourage you to stay and participate in your child's activities at the gym.  
• Everyone must abide by the gym rules posted in the gym and in this pamphlet.  
• Please refer to the calendar in the office for the holiday schedule.  
• Please call ahead to see if class is on in bad weather. There will be a message on the answering machine.  
• We do not go by the school schedule for holidays and bad weather.  
• DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED!  
• NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE GYM WHILE THE GYMNASTS ARE IN CLASS.
